CasaMatilda is first of all a family made up of Anna Fabio Matilda and Federico. And also an agricultural and tourist company. We live and grow in a sustainable way, beyond organic in Dogliani in the heart of the Piedmontese Langhe.
With us every day you can do a different activity:
1) Deepen your knowledge of organic fruit and vegetable cultivation methods. You can see in our laboratory how excellent fruit juices and pulp, tomato preserves and other vegetables are produced.
2) Play in our playground, relax in the swimming pool or in the Finnish sauna.
3) Walk on the paths of Dogliani, Barolo wine or in Alta Langa Deserta Langarum.
4) Cycle the routes with E-byke or muscle bicycle.
5) Reach the sea in an hour by car.
6) Reach the mountain in 40 minutes by car.
7) Discover the Museum of Magic, Roman archaeological sites (Pollenzo, BeneVagienna), a cellar of the best wines in the world or one of the countless Langhe Castles
Furthermore…
At CasaMatilda both parents and children are free to enjoy their holiday in complete safety and tranquility…
At CasaMatilda it is possible to see the animals that live in the surrounding forest (deer, wild boars, badgers and foxes)
At CasaMatilda it is (almost) always sunny
At CasaMatilda the spaces are generous, everyone can fit there, even our 4-legged friends
At CasaMatilda you can forget about the car.
You can go to the market or restaurant on foot with 10 minutes walking
Our main tools of work: OUR HANDS.
Blending family traditions with modern know-how
Solar and photovoltaic panels, packaging mainly made of paper and glass and organic treatments for the land are our way of protecting the environment.
Through the joy of producing and the desire to experiment as well as our pride in recreating traditional flavours, our products become tastier and our guests smile more!
Only by enhancing and encouraging local consumption and distribution of our products can we preserve the value of a precious territory like that of the Langhe.
Vinegar is the final destination of the long journey that the grapes take after being picked from the vine...
We are in Dogliani between the Langhe Albesi and Monregalesi and the border with the Alta Langa.
